I Love Fridays

I think everyone does, unless they're some sort of weirdo who, you know... DOESN'T like the end of the week.

Nothing much political has happened... So here's a boring-ass reviews of BJ's week.

Monday: Gossip Girl was awesome, and definitely the highlight of my day. Why are Ed Westwick and Leighton Meister so hot?

Tuesday: Got contacts, so my glasses won't fog up every time I get hot, yay! Sure was a bitch getting them out, though.

Wednesday: Top-Model, obviously. An in-depth review will probably be posted when I get to see the entire episode. Did anyone else see the preview for the new Gossip Girl? Hot stuff.

Thursday: Young Democrats. Drawing posters is fun and we had cupcakes. Went to a baseball game for TS's birthday, didn't get to shower or sleep for very long. Still kind of fun.

Friday: Going to a party, later.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I need a shower and a nap.

This is why I should be Pres

I finished "His Dark Materials" and it wasn't what I expected. Sad face. I'm so depressed, I read all of that, even the boring parts and urgh. I can't believe I didn't feel much after all of the freakin bajillion deaths. What bugs me the most I wanted some meaning to have this book interpret me or something... But in the end it was finished with a near predictable, sad parting and heartbreak after all that fluff near the end of the book to most likely add interest. It just ended so abruptly. No, it was good, but definitely not what I thought. I can't help but feel I wasted three weeks on a 900 page book, and have a tad bit of regret. The book still has me wondering about some stuff and I can't help but feel I read or saw the almost exact ending before. You know, the whole schmooze when the author makes a sad ending and it seems that it's almost a pathetic attempt to make it fullfilling and greater, like "The Green Mile" or something, nah that script was great.
